Fresh Fiction is an entertainment and book review site, one where I post reviews as well as here at Roses Are Blue.  They offer a monthly book subscription service, which will include a minimum of 2-3 ebook download cards and 3-5 hard copy books.  (There’s generally a small treat enclosed, usually in the form of a tea sample!)
